Debt Recovery Agent

Role Summary:
Reliance Industries Limited is seeking a dedicated and efficient Debt Recovery Agent to manage and recover outstanding debts from corporate clients within the petrochemical and plastics sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing effective debt collection strategies while maintaining professional relationships with clients and adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and manage delinquent accounts within the assigned portfolio.
- Contact debtors via phone, email, and in-person visits to discuss outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements with clients.
- Investigate and resolve disputes or discrepancies related to invoices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities and communications.
- Prepare regular reports on collection progress, outstanding debts, and recovery rates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant debt collection laws and regulations in India.
- Collaborate with legal and finance departments to escalate complex cases.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize future debt accumulation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while pursuing debt recovery.
