Role Summary:
As a Debt Recovery Agent at BYJU'S, you will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding payments from customers. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely collection of dues while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting customers with overdue accounts via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers.
• Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
• Following up on payment arrangements and ensuring adherence to agreed terms.
• Escalating delinquent accounts to management when necessary.
• Adhering to all company policies and legal regulations related to debt collection.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer payment issues.
