Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Debt Recovery Agent with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts from clients while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, suitable for individuals who have completed their 12th grade education and possess relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact debtors via phone, email, or in-person to discuss outstanding balances.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements within company policy guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications.
Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of payments.
Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies concerning debt collection.
Escalate complex cases or disputes to the appropriate management for resolution.
Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance to management.
