You will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial health by effectively resolving overdue accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact debtors via phone, email, and in-person visits to discuss outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors in accordance with company policies.
- Investigate and verify debtor information to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection activities and communications.
- Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines governing debt collection practices in India.
- Collaborate with legal and finance departments on complex cases.
- Prepare reports on collection progress and outstanding debts.
- Identify potential risks and escalate challenging cases to management.
