Debt Recovery Agent (Full-Time) | Delhi (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Debt Recovery Agent with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts from our clients, primarily within the agricultural sector. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a keen understanding of financial recovery processes, and the ability to maintain positive client relationships while ensuring timely debt resolution. A background in agriculture or related fields would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with debtors through phone calls, emails, and letters to discuss outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to outstanding invoices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and debtor communications.
- Prepare regular reports on collection status, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to ensure smooth debt recovery processes.
- Stay informed about relevant debt collection laws and regulations in India.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets.
