Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Debt Recovery Agent with an LLB degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing debt recovery strategies, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and achieving recovery targets. This role requires a strong understanding of legal procedures and excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies for delinquent accounts.

Conduct thorough investigations into debtor's financial standing and assets.

Communicate with debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence to negotiate payment plans and settlements.

Prepare and file legal documentation, including notices, suits, and other court filings, as required.

Ensure strict adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in debt recovery processes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recovery activities and communications.

Collaborate with internal legal teams and external agencies to facilitate recovery efforts.

Achieve and exceed assigned recovery targets consistently.
