Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Deck Fitter / Welder with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components. This role requires practical skills in welding and fitting, with a focus on precision and safety. Graduation is not a mandatory requirement for this position, but a strong vocational background and hands-on experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan layout and procedures.
- Fit and assemble metal components according to specifications.
- Perform welding operations (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) to join metal parts.
- Ensure all fabricated and repaired items meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Operate tools and equipment such as grinders, drills, and cutting torches safely and effectively.
- Perform routine maintenance on welding and fitting equipment.
- Inspect completed work for defects and ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
