Deck Fitter / Welder

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deck Fitter / Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing metal structures and components for our food delivery fleet and restaurant infrastructure. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of welding and fitting techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble metal parts and structures according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform welding operations using various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) to join metal components.
• Install and fit metal decks, partitions, and other structural elements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety.
• Maintain and operate welding and fitting equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair existing metal structures as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure project success.
