Deck Fitter / Welder (Any Graduate Required) - 3-4 Yrs Exp - Nasik

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deck Fitter / Welder to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in fitting and welding operations, specifically within the petrochemical or related industries. This role requires a strong understanding of welding techniques, blueprint reading, and safety protocols. As a Deck Fitter / Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the materials and dimensions required.
- Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures, decks, and components using various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
- Perform repairs on existing metal structures and equipment.
- Ensure all work is performed to high-quality standards and meets safety regulations.
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect welds and completed work for defects and ensure proper fit-up.
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
