Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Delivery Executive to join our dynamic team. The Delivery Executive will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of beauty and personal care products to our customers across various locations in India. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding our brand's reputation for efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up packages from the warehouse or designated pickup points.
- Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
- Ensure safe handling and secure transport of all products, especially fragile beauty items.
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery, including clear communication and professional conduct.
- Collect payments (Cash on Delivery) and ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Update delivery status in real-time using the company's mobile application.
