Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Delivery Executive with a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of industrial equipment and machinery to our clients across India. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical and communication skills to manage logistics, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee the entire delivery process, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project timelines. This position is suited for individuals with 6 years of experience in a relevant field, possessing strong problem-solving abilities and a keen understanding of supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Plan and execute the delivery of industrial equipment and machinery, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- • Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, manufacturing, logistics) and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- • Manage all necessary documentation, including delivery challans, invoices, and client acceptance forms.
- • Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to clients and management on delivery status.
- • Resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies that may arise during the delivery process.
- • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during transportation and delivery.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their delivery requirements and ensuring their satisfaction.
- • Analyze delivery performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
