Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Executive to join our team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a recent MCA graduate with 0-2 years of experience who is looking to build a career in the dynamic industrial equipment and machinery sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of industrial equipment and machinery to our clients, coordinating logistics, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the logistics and scheduling of equipment deliveries to client sites.
Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and complete, including invoices and proof of delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams (sales, technical, warehouse), and transport providers.
Track delivery progress and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and client interactions using company systems.
Assist in resolving client queries and complaints related to deliveries.
Utilize MCA knowledge for data analysis related to delivery efficiency and reporting.
