Demand Planner

Role Summary: The Demand Planner will be responsible for forecasting and planning demand for our various content and language services, ensuring optimal inventory levels and efficient resource allocation. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for all product lines and services.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to identify demand drivers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather input for forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain to ensure adequate stock.
- Identify and report on demand and supply imbalances.
- Continuously improve forecasting processes and methodologies.
- Prepare regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory status, and key performance indicators.
