Demand Planner (Surat)

We are seeking a motivated Demand Planner with 1-3 years of experience to join our Supply Chain team in Surat. This role is crucial in ensuring optimal inventory levels and meeting market demand for our pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background and analytical skills to contribute to efficient forecasting and planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product lines, considering historical data, market trends, and promotional activities.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to gather inputs and align on forecast assumptions.

Monitor inventory levels and work to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

Analyze forecast variances and identify root causes for improvement.

Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Utilize demand planning software and tools to generate reports and insights.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to pharmaceutical demand planning.
