Dental Laboratory Technician

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Technician to join our growing team. While our core business is banking, we are committed to the well-being of our employees and are establishing an on-site wellness center that includes basic dental care services. The Dental Laboratory Technician will be responsible for creating and repairing dental prosthetics and appliances, working closely with dentists to ensure high-quality patient care within our employee wellness program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, construct, and repair dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances according to dentist's prescriptions.
• Take precise measurements and impressions to ensure proper fit and function of dental devices.
• Select appropriate materials, such as porcelain, metal alloys, and acrylics, for fabricating dental prosthetics.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including casting machines, furnaces, and polishing tools.
• Collaborate with dentists to review case requirements, discuss treatment options, and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulatory requirements for dental laboratories.
• Maintain accurate records of all laboratory procedures and materials used.
