Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating dental prosthetics and appliances according to dentists' prescriptions and specifications. This role requires precision, a strong understanding of dental materials, and the ability to work efficiently in a laboratory setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret dental prescriptions and diagnostic information.
- Fabricate crowns, bridges, dentures, orthodontic appliances, and other dental prosthetics using various materials and techniques.
- Operate and maintain dental laboratory equipment, including casting machines, furnaces, and milling units.
- Perform waxing, casting, spruing, investing, and finishing procedures.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all fabricated dental devices.
- Communicate effectively with dentists and other dental professionals regarding case requirements and progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.
- Stay updated with new dental technologies and materials.
