Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Laboratory Technician with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our corporate team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality dental prosthetics and appliances, ensuring precision, aesthetics, and functionality. This role requires a strong understanding of dental materials, techniques, and laboratory procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and repair dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and implants according to dentist's specifications.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including casting machines, furnaces, and CAD/CAM systems.
- Select appropriate materials (e.g., ceramics, metals, polymers) for specific dental applications.
- Perform precise model work, including pouring, trimming, and articulating models.
- Ensure all work meets strict quality control standards for fit, occlusion, and aesthetics.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.
- Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to resolve technical issues and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of cases, materials used, and laboratory procedures.
