Dental Laboratory Technician (Full-Time) | Thiruvananthapuram

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Technician with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our innovative team in Thiruvananthapuram. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating dental prosthetics and appliances with precision and accuracy, adhering to strict quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of dental materials, techniques, and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and repair a variety of dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances, using both traditional and digital techniques.

Operate and maintain dental laboratory equipment, such as milling machines, 3D printers, and casting equipment.

Accurately interpret dental impressions, X-rays, and treatment plans to ensure precise fabrication.

Select appropriate materials (e.g., ceramics, resins, metals) and ensure their proper use and application.

Perform quality control checks to ensure prosthetics meet aesthetic and functional requirements.

Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to discuss case requirements and provide technical advice.

Maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures, materials used, and patient cases.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and laboratory techniques.
