Role Summary: We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care to our employees at our corporate facilities in India. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating oral health conditions, promoting preventive dental care, and ensuring the overall well-being of our workforce. This role is crucial in supporting our commitment to employee health and productivity within the Engineering & Construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including examinations and diagnostic imaging (X-rays).

Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and other oral pathologies.

Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crown placements.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care strategies.

Prescribe medications, including pain relievers and antibiotics, as necessary.

Refer patients to dental specialists when required.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Ensure compliance with all relevant dental regulations and safety protocols.

Manage dental clinic operations, including inventory and equipment maintenance.
