We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dentist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. While the primary role is not clinical dentistry, this position leverages analytical and management skills developed through a B.Com background, applied within the dynamic Gems & Jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will support operational efficiency and contribute to strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing operational workflows and identifying areas for improvement within the organization.
Analyze financial data and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes relevant to departmental operations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and achieve business objectives.
