Department / Floor Manager

Role Summary: The Department/Floor Manager will oversee daily operations within a specific department or floor of our television/radio production and broadcasting facility. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource management. The manager will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating activities, and maintaining a productive and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the assigned department or floor.

Coordinate with different teams (e.g., production, technical, on-air) to ensure seamless operations.

Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.

Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and broadcast standards.

Oversee the efficient use of resources, including equipment and personnel.

Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Maintain clear communication channels between management and floor staff.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
