Department / Floor Manager

Role Summary: The Department/Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific department or floor within HAL's manufacturing or assembly facilities. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel on the assigned floor or department.

Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality control procedures, and safety regulations.

Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve productivity.

Manage inventory and resource allocation within the department.

Conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for staff.

Liaise with other departments, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and personnel activities.

Implement and promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
