Department / Floor Manager | MCA Professionals | Vadodara

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Department / Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless workflow within our Vadodara office. This role is crucial for maintaining efficiency, managing resources, and supporting our consulting teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational processes and possess excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities. This position is best suited for professionals with 3-5 years of experience and an MCA degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of designated departments or floors, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Manage and mentor a team of support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient resource allocation and workflow management.

Implement and monitor operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity.

Handle client-facing interactions as needed, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Manage inventory, supplies, and facility-related matters to ensure a well-maintained workspace.

Assist in the implementation of new operational strategies and technologies.

Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
