This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience and a degree not requiring post-graduation, who are looking to grow their careers in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, supervising a team, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of a production team, ensuring targets are met efficiently.

Manage inventory and material flow within the assigned department.
