Department / Floor Manager - Surat

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Department/Floor Manager with 2-3 years of experience to oversee daily operations within our retail space in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des) and a passion for the furniture and furnishing industry. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience, managing floor staff, and driving sales performance.
