Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Derivatives Trader with 1-2 years of experience and a strong foundation in quantitative analysis, ideally with an MCA degree, to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing trading strategies, managing risk, and contributing to the profitability of our agri-commodity derivatives desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute trades in commodity derivatives markets (futures, options) based on established trading strategies.
Monitor market movements and identify trading opportunities.
Analyze market data, economic indicators, and company fundamentals to inform trading decisions.
Manage and mitigate trading risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop and refine trading models and algorithms using programming skills.
Collaborate with the risk management and research teams.
Prepare regular trading performance reports.
