Derivatives Trader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Derivatives Trader to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing derivative trades to hedge currency and commodity risks associated with our global operations in the travel and tourism sector. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure. You will work closely with treasury and risk management departments to develop and implement hedging strategies that optimize financial performance and mitigate exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute derivative trades (futures, options, swaps) in accordance with trading strategies and risk limits.
• Monitor market conditions and identify trading opportunities.
• Analyze market data and provide insights to the treasury and risk management teams.
• Manage counterparty risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and refine trading strategies in collaboration with senior management.
• Prepare regular trading reports and performance analyses.
