Derivatives Trader - Biotechnology (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Derivatives Trader with 3-4 years of experience to join our finance team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Tech/B.E. background and understanding of financial markets to manage and execute derivative strategies, particularly in hedging against commodity price fluctuations and managing financial risks within the biotechnology sector. This role requires a strong quantitative aptitude and the ability to make informed trading decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement derivative trading strategies to hedge against market risks, including currency, interest rate, and commodity price volatility relevant to the biotechnology supply chain.
- Execute trades across various derivative instruments such as futures, options, and swaps, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events that may impact derivative markets and the company's financial exposure.
- Analyze trading performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide regular reports to senior management.
