Derivatives Trader Job Opportunity - Biotechnology (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Derivatives Trader with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for managing financial risks and optimizing investment strategies within our biotechnology operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives instruments, and quantitative analysis, coupled with an M.Sc degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute trading strategies for various derivative instruments (futures, options, swaps) to hedge currency, interest rate, and commodity price risks relevant to the biotechnology sector.

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities and potential risks.

Monitor market movements and portfolio performance, making timely adjustments to trading positions.

Collaborate with treasury, R&D, and manufacturing departments to understand business needs and align hedging strategies.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

Prepare regular reports on trading activities, performance, and market outlook for senior management.

Utilize quantitative models and risk management tools to assess and manage portfolio risk.
