Dermatologist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Dermatologist to join our team. The Dermatologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating skin conditions, particularly those that may arise from or be exacerbated by exposure to leather tanning chemicals and materials. This role is crucial in ensuring the health and safety of our workforce and in advising on product safety from a dermatological perspective.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dermatological examinations of employees, identifying and diagnosing skin conditions.
- Provide appropriate medical treatment and management plans for skin ailments, including occupational dermatitis.
- Advise on preventative measures and best practices for employees working with leather and associated chemicals.
- Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety department to implement health monitoring programs.
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in dermatology, particularly concerning industrial exposures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to employee skin health and safety.
- Conduct research or provide expert opinions on the dermatological impact of specific leather treatments and materials used in our products.
