Dermatologist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dermatologist to join our team. While our core business is water treatment and waste management, we are expanding our focus on occupational health and safety for our employees, particularly those exposed to various environmental factors and chemicals. The Dermatologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating skin conditions, advising on preventative measures, and contributing to our overall employee wellness program. This role requires a deep understanding of occupational dermatology and its implications in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dermatological examinations and diagnose a wide range of skin conditions, including occupational dermatitis, allergic reactions, and infections.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for employees, prescribing appropriate medications and therapies.
- Provide expert advice on the prevention of skin diseases, focusing on workplace hazards and exposure to chemicals and environmental agents.
- Educate employees on proper skin care practices and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with the occupational health and safety team to assess workplace risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology, particularly in the field of occupational skin diseases.
- Participate in health awareness programs and conduct workshops for employees.
- Liaise with external healthcare providers when necessary for specialized care.
