Role Summary: We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Dermatologist to join our team and contribute to our commitment to customer well-being and product development within the beauty and wellness sector. The Dermatologist will play a crucial role in advising on skincare product efficacy, safety, and formulation, as well as potentially providing expert content and consultation related to skin health for our customer base and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide expert opinions on the efficacy, safety, and suitability of skincare and cosmetic products developed or curated by Nykaa.
- Advise on ingredient selection and formulation strategies for new product development, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and consumer safety.
- Develop educational content, including articles, blog posts, and social media updates, on various dermatological topics, skincare routines, and ingredient benefits.
- Conduct internal training sessions for product development, marketing, and customer service teams on dermatological principles and product knowledge.
- Assist in addressing customer queries and concerns related to skin conditions and product usage, providing expert guidance.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements, research, and trends in dermatology, cosmetology, and the beauty industry.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to test and validate new product claims and formulations.
- Potentially participate in customer-facing consultations or expert advisory panels.
