We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dermatologist with a unique legal background to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience who possesses a strong understanding of dermatology principles coupled with an LLB degree. You will play a crucial role in bridging medical expertise with legal and regulatory compliance within our advertising and marketing initiatives, ensuring all our campaigns involving healthcare or wellness products are accurate, ethical, and legally sound.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve advertising and marketing materials related to dermatological products and services, ensuring medical accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with creative and legal teams to develop campaign concepts that are both impactful and legally compliant.
Provide expert medical insights and advice on dermatological trends and product claims.
Conduct legal research related to advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and healthcare regulations impacting marketing efforts.
Assist in drafting disclaimers, terms of service, and other legal documentation for healthcare-related campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest developments in dermatology, medical ethics, and relevant legal frameworks.
Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams on all aspects of dermatological marketing.
