Derrickman (1-3 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and diligent Derrickman with 1-3 years of experience to join our manufacturing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have completed their 12th grade and possess a foundational understanding of mechanical operations within an automotive production environment. This role involves supporting heavy lifting operations, ensuring equipment readiness, and contributing to overall production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain derrick equipment and associated machinery under supervision.
- Assist in the safe rigging and handling of heavy components and materials.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on lifting gear and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
