Design Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Design Engineer with 4-6 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative solutions for our broadcast and digital media platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for the evolving media landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of new features and functionalities for our TV and radio broadcasting systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software developers, and operations, to define project requirements and specifications.
- Create detailed technical designs, schematics, and documentation for hardware and software components.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of designs to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues during the development and deployment phases.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in broadcast engineering and digital media.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
