Role Summary: We are seeking a highly innovative and skilled Design Engineer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This role focuses on the research, development, and design of advanced engineering solutions for the pulp and paper industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced academic background and 2-4 years of relevant experience to contribute to cutting-edge projects and drive technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced research and development in areas related to pulp and paper processing technologies and equipment.
- Design, model, and simulate new engineering components and systems, utilizing CAD/CAE software.
- Analyze and optimize existing designs for improved performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and project management, to bring designs from concept to production.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, research, and technological advancements in pulp and paper engineering.
- Troubleshoot design-related issues and propose effective solutions.
- Contribute to intellectual property development through patents and publications.
