We are seeking a motivated Design Engineer with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the design and development of financial products and processes, ensuring they meet business objectives and regulatory requirements. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and a strong understanding of financial principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into design specifications for financial products and services.
Develop and document process flows, user journeys, and product blueprints.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Assist in the creation of prototypes and mock-ups for new financial solutions.
Ensure designs comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Support the implementation and testing of designed solutions.
Prepare reports and presentations on design concepts and outcomes.
