Design Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to lead our design initiatives and shape the user experience of our digital products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and experience managing design teams. You will be responsible for driving the creative vision, ensuring design consistency, and delivering high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs within the BPO/Call Centre industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
- Develop and implement design strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Oversee the entire design process, from concept to execution, for digital products and services.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
