Design Manager

We are seeking a creative and experienced Design Manager to lead our product design initiatives for leather accessories. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leather, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to translate concepts into commercially viable products. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process from concept to final product, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Develop and execute product design strategies aligned with the brand's vision and market trends.
• Oversee the entire design lifecycle, including conceptualization, sketching, prototyping, material selection, and final product development for leather bags, wallets, belts, and other accessories.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the product development, merchandising, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product launches.
• Ensure the quality and aesthetic integrity of all designs, maintaining Hidesign's brand standards.
• Manage design budgets and timelines effectively.
• Stay updated on advancements in leather technology, manufacturing processes, and sustainable design practices.
