We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Design Manager with 3-5 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our innovative team in Noida. The Design Manager will oversee the creation and implementation of design strategies that align with our educational product vision and brand identity. This role requires a unique blend of creative thinking, project management, and a strong understanding of legal and compliance aspects within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality and impactful design solutions for our digital learning platforms and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, content creators, and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Ensure all design outputs comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards, including intellectual property, copyright, and data privacy, leveraging your LLB background.
- Manage design projects, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring on-time delivery of design assets.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing design team.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and legal considerations in the ed-tech industry.
