Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality and impactful design solutions for our digital learning platforms and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, content creators, and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Ensure all design outputs comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards, including intellectual property, copyright, and data privacy, leveraging your LLB background.
• Manage design projects, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring on-time delivery of design assets.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing design team.
