Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our Packaging & Containers team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate looking to apply strategic and design thinking to packaging solutions. You will be instrumental in translating market insights and business objectives into innovative and functional packaging designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, R&D, production) to understand product requirements and translate them into design concepts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify design trends and opportunities within the packaging industry.
- Develop and present design proposals, including sketches, 3D models, and prototypes, to stakeholders.
- Ensure designs meet regulatory standards, cost targets, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Manage the design process from concept to final production, ensuring timely delivery of design assets.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
