Design Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Design Team Lead to join our growing team in Pune. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual and user experience of our management consulting solutions. You will lead a small team of designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful design outputs that align with client needs and business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a B.Sc graduate with 1-5 years of design experience to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
• Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, analysts, and project managers.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders effectively.
