Design Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Design Team Lead to join our dynamic Design team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented designers, shaping the user experience and visual design of our cutting-edge FinTech products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Your leadership will drive design strategy, foster a culture of creativity and innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX/UI designers.
- Define and drive the design vision and strategy for our FinTech platform.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs.
- Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all products.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in FinTech and UX/UI design.
