Design Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Design Team Lead to join our growing team at Paytm. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of talented designers, driving the design strategy for our innovative financial products, and ensuring a cohesive and exceptional user experience across all platforms. This role requires a blend of creative leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
2. Develop and execute the design vision and strategy for Paytm's product portfolio, aligning with business goals and user needs.
3. Oversee the entire design process, from user research and concept development to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design.
4. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
5. Establish and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
6. Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
7. Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
8. Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the FinTech industry.
