Design Team Lead

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Design Team Lead to spearhead our design initiatives within the Metals & Mining sector in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of designers, fostering a creative environment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions that align with our strategic objectives and brand identity. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, UI/UX designers, and visualizers.
• Develop and implement design strategies and workflows to enhance efficiency and creativity.
• Oversee the creation of design assets for various platforms, including digital marketing, corporate communications, internal presentations, and operational interfaces.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Engineering) to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
