The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, project management, and team leadership, coupled with a BBA/BBM background and 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of design outputs that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Translate business requirements into compelling design solutions across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, technology) to ensure design consistency and alignment.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices.
- Oversee the creation of wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final design assets.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and management.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies relevant to the banking sector.
