Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Design Team Lead with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a strong academic background and a passion for innovation in the petrochemical, plastics, or rubber industry. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to contribute to the design and development of new products and processes, ensuring they meet stringent quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the conceptualization and development of innovative designs for petrochemical, plastics, and rubber products and processes.
- Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create detailed drawings, models, and simulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Conduct research on new materials, technologies, and industry best practices to inform design decisions.
- Support the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input for design improvements.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
