Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Design Verification Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our paper manufacturing equipment and processes through rigorous verification and testing. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, process control, and analytical problem-solving skills, with a B.Tech/B.E. degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for new and existing paper manufacturing machinery and process designs.

Perform simulations and analyses to validate design integrity and predict performance under various operating conditions.

Identify, document, and track design defects and issues, working closely with design and R&D teams to resolve them.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure design requirements are met.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of design verification processes and methodologies.

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in paper manufacturing and design verification.
