We are seeking a motivated Desktop Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our IT team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing and maintaining desktop hardware and software, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role is crucial for supporting our operations in the dynamic financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and related software applications.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Assist in the deployment and setup of new hardware and software.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects and improvements.
