DevOps Consultant / Architect

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DevOps Consultant / Architect to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for a professional with a BBA/BBM background and 2-5 years of experience, looking to leverage their business acumen and growing technical understanding in a critical public sector organization. You will be instrumental in enhancing our IT infrastructure's efficiency, reliability, and scalability, supporting the seamless operation of national payment systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for various applications.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize infrastructure.
- Automate repetitive tasks related to deployment, configuration management, and infrastructure provisioning using scripting languages.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure.
- Ensure the security and compliance of our IT systems by implementing best practices and security controls.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning activities.
